OUR STORY
For over 30 years Autofast has been a leading supplier of commercial vehicle parts, both in the UK & across the globe with vast experience within Africa, South America & Sri Lanka.
Using the latest electronic parts systems our experienced team will utilise our extensive supply network to provide you with options for both genuine & quality aftermarket parts to suit al the leading manufactures vehicles, including MAN, DAF, Scania, Renault, Iveco.
Since 2012 we have added the supply of multibrand diagnostics system to our portfolio & after extensive market research, testing & evaluation we now recommend / supply the market leading TEXA system. The TEXA range can provide diagnostics for CARS, Truck, Construction, Marine, Bike & Agricultural equipment, we also supply TEXA’s excellent Air Conditioning recharge equipment. Operating from modern offices based in Blackburn we handle our customer requirements via our local warehouse with the latest end to end business software & stock control system.

1. DELIVERY & ORDER COMPLETION
We will continue to track your order until it has safely arrived & you’ve received your order.

2. ENQUIRY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
On Receipt of your enquiry we will respond with an acknowledgment this not only lets you know we have already started work on your quotation but also establishes communication at an early stage.

3. PART IDENTIFICATION
Our team will use the latest manufacturer’s electronic part systems, unless you have given us the exact number we will normally come back to you with diagrams to confirm the correct par tis quoted

4. FREIGHT / DELIVERY OPTIONS
We will liaise with you (including costings) to see which your preferred delivery method is

5. FORMAL QUOTATION / PRO FORMA INVOICE
With everything confirmed we will provide you with a formal quotation along with details on how to make payment & confirm the order

6. ORDER PROCESS
With payment received we will allocate existing stock & order the parts from our supplier base, once everything is available your order is securely packed – If your order requires it we will also arrange & handle any pre export inspection.

7. DESPATCH
With everything packed we will despatch your order via your preferred method, at this point you will receive your final invoice & any tracking information / AWB / BOL
